" Last night’s dinner at Ma Chef was exceptional, yet I did encounter a few hiccups. While the food was incredibly authentic and delicious—from the spicy pork ribs to the dumplings—the wait time for my main dish was longer than expected. The dish itself was superb, salty and sweet in all the right ways, but it did dampen the experience slightly. The restaurant’s atmosphere was warm and nicely decorated, which I enjoyed.
